ORDERING WITH SHOP @ PAPER BLISS
Shop @ Paper Bliss uses the secure PayPal Shopping Cart facility. Simply click on the “add to cart” button for the item you wish to purchase and then enter the quantity required, followed by “Update Cart”. You can then choose to continue shopping (which will take you back to the last page you were on) or you can proceed to checkout.

Once you have proceeded to checkout and paid for your order, PayPal will email you a Receipt for your payment which lists the items that you purchased. Paper Bliss will then send you an email within 48 hours to confirm the delivery timeframe.

All prices include 10% GST and prices are subject to change without notice.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Please be aware that not all products listed on the Shop @ Paper Bliss site are in stock. Due to the huge range of colours and patterns available in the papers, cards and envelopes, Paper Bliss does not hold stock of all items. If you require an order urgently, please contact Paper Bliss prior to making an order to confirm a delivery timeframe. If items purchased are in stock they will be despatched within 3 days. If some/all of the items you have purchased are not in stock, then they will generally be despatched within 10 days. Paper Bliss will email you a likely despatch date within 48 hours of receiving your order. Some products have minimum order quantities (which are listed on the product description) and other items are made to order (such as Pocket Fold Cards).

Paper Bliss can supply papers and card from all of the leading brands and only a very small sample of papers is listed on this website. If you are wishing to purchase a particular paper, please contact us, and chances are we may have it or will be able to get it for you. Minimum order quantities may apply. Specialty Paper on offer includes: TCD, Paper Stop, Fred Hoskings Mix-It, Annie P, Artee, Cristina Re, La La, Zsa Zsa, Bazzill, Stardream and Curious Metallics.

COLOURS
Please note that on-screen colours may appear slightly different to the actual product.

REFUNDS
Please choose your order carefully. Refunds will not be given for change of mind or if you do not like the item you purchased. If an item you receive is faulty or damaged, please notify Paper Bliss within 7 days of receiving your order and we will either replace the item or issue a refund. We strongly recommend purchasing a single unit of an item prior to making a large order if you are unsure of the colour/pattern/texture of the item.

POSTAGE
Paper Bliss delivers all orders using Australia Post. Customers based in Hobart also have the option of pickup if desired. Please let Paper Bliss know if you would like to pick up your order and your postage costs will be refunded to you. Unfortunately our system is not set up to deal with postage for international orders. If you are from outside Australia, please  email us first (nadine@paperbliss.com.au) prior to placing an order so we can give you an estimate of shipping charges.

 A flat rate of postage is charged for items purchased on the Shop @ Paper Bliss site for Australian orders. Postage is calculated as follows:
- Postage of $2.95 for orders under $20.00
- Postage of $5.95 for orders over $20.00 and under $50.00
- Postage of $9.95 for orders over $50.00.

We take great care packaging your order to ensure the products arrive in perfect order, however we cannot be held liable for damage caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.
